Every team should identify clear responsibilities and obtain consent before submitting another member’s contact or profile information.

Final demo instructions and any live online sessions will be shared directly with shortlisted participants through official XE Labs communication channels.

Who owns the submitted code?

If a finalist later accepts an internship, any production work will be governed by a separate written internship agreement.
